Ms Jessica strives to instill a love of music in each student and works to help each one reach his/her full potential. She provides a positive and encouraging environment to bring out the best in each student, while taking into account different learning styles.
Students will master all the techniques necessary to become a great flutist. On the way, students learn basic music theory, (including how to read music), and musicianship skills. Students will build strong technique through scales and various exercises, and learn to play beautiful melodies along the way.
Students are given the opportunity to perform solos, as well as duets and ensembles, in The Music Garden recitals, which typically are held in December and May.
The students participate in two recitals each year: winter (late November or early December) and spring, (late April or early May). There is a recital fee of $25 due in November and April.
Tuition: There are 48 lessons throughout the calendar year, Please take note that tuition is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Make-up lessons are given at the discretion of each individual instructor.
